The main tasks of Office of the Registrar and Archives :
- constant improvement of forms and methods of work with documents
- realization of controlling over the terms of passing and execution, completeness and compliance of the execution forms of documents with the current requirements and resolutions of the University management
- inspection on behalf of the rectorate the organization process of office work in structural units
- promotion the acquisition of knowledge and skills on working with documents by employees of the University, advanced training of employees responsible for record keeping in structural units
- provision the processes of production, accounting, storage of seals, stamps, forms of organizational and administrative documents of the University and the legality of their use
- management of incoming and outgoing documentation of the University
- organization of reproduction and distribution of documents
- registration of orders on the main activity of the University
- creation, registration of orders and business trip certificates
- creation and implementation of organizational and methodological measures aimed at ensuring the effective functioning and improvement of the University’s Quality Management System
