The main tasks of the Maintenance Service are:

• development and enhancement of material and technical resources of the University
• systematic monitoring of the objects of material and technical base of the University in order to preserve them from destruction and maintain them in proper operational
• providing recommendations on the operation of all structures, buildings, engineering systems and equipment on the balance sheet of the University, in accordance with the regulatory and technical documentation
• development of long-term plans for the development and enhancement of material and technical resources of the University, annual plans-schedules, scheduled preventive maintenance of buildings, structures, engineering systems and equipment
• supervision over the timely repair works of all types of buildings, structures, engineering systems and equipment
• participation in technical documentation the preparation for the conclusion of agreements for the maintenance of equipment, mechanisms, for energy supply.
