Interdisciplinary SRL «Innovative Technologies of Hotel and Restaurant Industry and Food Production» was established in 2018 on the basis of the Department of Technology in Restaurant Business, Hospitality and Entrepreneurship and the Department of General Engineering Disciplines and Equipment.
The purpose of the laboratory is to conduct research aimed at determining the strategy of innovative development of hotel and restaurant business, its economy and the creation of technological equipment for the production of safe food for people living and working in areas with man-made pollution, implementation of research results in production and learning process.
Main research areas are:
Formation of a strategy of innovative and intellectual development of technologies of hotel and restaurant industry and food production
developing digital methods of management and information support of hotel and restaurant business
developing of current trends in the development of robotic systems in the management system of hotels and restaurants and automated customer service, introduction of automated payment systems with visitors to restaurants
developing equipment and technologies for the production of safe organic food for children, workers (miners, metallurgists, chemists) and the population living in areas with man-made pressure
developing eco-platform “Food” – food for the population living in the man-made area
developing treatment and prevention products
developing mathematical models of the impact of man-made pollution on the quality of life of the population working at man-caused and dangerous enterprises and developing intellectual management system of the ecological and sanitary condition of the territory and biota of Kryvyi Rih metropolis
developing intelligent production management systems for man-made areas on the basis of ultrasonic monitoring of food raw materials.
