In 1997, the college became a member of Mykhailo Tuhan-Baranovskyi Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade.
The college is licensed as a higher education institution of the I level of accreditation with the right to train junior specialists. Education in the college is carried out on the basis of complete general secondary education and basic general secondary education. For graduates of professional lyceums, college education is based on the educational and qualification level of a skilled worker. 37 classrooms, 2 laboratories, 5 computer classes for 60 workplaces are equipped for the implementation of the educational process at the modern level. Students have at their disposal a library, a reading room, an assembly hall, a sports hall with a summer playground, a medical center, and a dining room for 120 people.
During the years of its existence more than 20 thousand junior specialists have been trained in the college.
