The Office of the Registrar and Archives is a structural subdivision of DonNUET intended for the implementation of the records management system and the introduction of a unified procedure for working with documents at the University.

The main tasks of the Office of the Registrar and Archives:

  • continuous improvement of forms and methods of working with documents
  • control over the terms of passage and execution, completeness and conformity of the forms of documents execution to the current requirements and resolutions of the University administration
  • check on behalf of the rectorate of the state of the office work organization in structural divisions
  • assistance in acquiring knowledge and skills in working with documents of the University employees, raising the level of skills of employees responsible for office work in structural divisions
  • ensuring the production, recording, storage of seals, stamps, forms of organizational and administrative documents of the University and the legality of their use
  • management of incoming and outgoing university documentation
  • organization of duplication and distribution of documents
  • registration of orders on the main activities of the University
  • registration, registration of orders and certificates
  • development and implementation of organizational and methodological activities aimed at ensuring the effective functioning and improvement of the University's Quality Management System
